[NSRCA-discussion] Taxing

If there'swind, the planes may not taxi well.  Large side area has some drawbacks.

Also... the runway has something on it for less time.

And... if the engine dies, the helper is right there with the plane and might be able to clip a glo ignitor on, give it a flip and have it running with virtually no delay.

There's a few reasons...

  Why, in competitions, does the caller carry the plane to the line for TO and retrieve it for landing? Why not taxi?
