I AM a mechanic! No surprises there. Just an OHC transverse mounted 8
cylinder. Yeah, the timing belts are a bummer but hey, that's the price
you pay for having such a cool car for the price of a new Mustang. Come
on, you're talkin' to a guy who rides a '72 Harley Sportster that
DOESN'T leak oil., Well, not a lot anyway. <LOL>

BTW - My dad has a Porsche. Once you get past the timing chain stuff
it's just a VW on steroids. <VBG>
