Is there some reason that electrics can't be competitive with a slightly 
smaller airframe that will make weight?  I know some people don't like 
the appearance of unfairness in the rules, but everyone's playing by the 
same rules.  If it's not competitive by the rules, fly something that 
is.  Changing the rules is a slippery slope.  What if this change tips 
the field too far toward electrics?  Then the glow fliers will want a 
rule change to "fix" that.
