[NSRCA-discussion] 9ZAP Throttle cruise mix

Congrats to all the participants at the US Nats. Especially the Canadian
group...Way to Go Chad.

I recently purchased Dan's 9 Zap WCII and want to program a throttle cruise
mix where the Throttle has a notch just over half way to full.  I would like
to use the left dial as the control for the mix.  The throttle mix would be
activated by being at the notch and disabled all other times.
