Mark is right, we had a BLAST doing this.  In fact day 2 turned into a 
trimming/practice session for everyone, and 2 weeks later when a bunch 
of us went to the D4 finals, everyone there had benefitted.  Not 
everyone stayed for the second day, but those that did, we had fun.  
The other stuff that was an unknown was a lot of fun...
