[NSRCA-discussion] PPG Concept and White primer base question

Clip the cup in the jaws of a curved hemostat. You can get the hemostat in
the can and not make too much of a mess. Hard to measure when you dunk the
whole cup so I usually just work in ounces. Does waste a lot of paint. Next
time will try pouring my clipped cup into a clean one so I can actually
measure smaller quantities.
