Yes, Ryan is correct, the Temptation fuse will withstand CA glues just fine. My December K-Factor article detailed the repairs to my Temptation, including patching a hole in the side.

From what Dave Guerin has told me, John , CA will not attack the core foam that’s utilized in the Temptation’s construction. If they are centralized cracks, I’d wick CA in there and then go back over it with some glass cloth.

Quick question: What should I use to repair some small cracks in my Temptation fuselage? I also need to re-secure the wing tube on one side. This is the plane that flew through one of the trees at the end of the runway. Most of the damage is confined to the left wing root area. As long as it ends up structurally sound, I should be able to repair the finish easily and the plane will look fine. I know that I can't use standard CA because of the composite structure (foam) but what are my alternatives? Will small amounts of epoxy be OK or should I use something else? TIA.
