Mike is right. Any ham can tell you that antenna changes may often require a
re-tune. You might be OK without it, but why take a chance?

I believe you are reading the before and after.  I would recommend just 
sending the receiver back and let them cut it.  They probably have to 
retune.  It should cost little or nothing.  It would be worth it.
