Generally you can't alter the BEC output voltage of an ESC.
You can disable the BEC and get a separate "UBEC" with 6.0 v output. (and higher current rating)

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Programming the E-flite 40A ESC
Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to program the BEC voltage output on this ESC? It's only set to 5V and I would like to get some more speed out of the servos.
Thanks
Ed
