The Radio South Pro Driver will do what you want.  When the plug is  
flooded with fuel or just oil, it makes the ON pulse  longer, until  
it burns off whatever is fouling the plug.  You can watch it happen,  
because the current indicator will probably light up all the LEDs  
until the Pro Driver burns off whatever's there and then the current  
indicator will drop to a normal 3 to 4 lights lit.
