[NSRCA-discussion] Repairing a de-laminated ARF wing PT2

I was reading with great interest the thresd on the de-lam repair, as I have one to do as well. I have a few questions:
   
  Does the epoxy need to be thinned down?
   
  What is a good source for syringes?
