OK,
Here is where I ended up with the numbers...

ATV 100%
Low rate aileron at 90% = 1/2" surface travel up.
That leaves me with another 1/4"+ of surface travel
in the ailerons for higher rate settings.

A hair under 1/2" from servo center line to servo
arm hole.  1.75" from hing line to control arm hole.
Brio is top hinged + CHP control horn.
