This was discussed. Current state reportedly is: Its cheaper to get too many than the correct number printed and they toss the rest in the dumpster.
There might be a marginal savings in postage... but I doubt that would help much.

If the cost of the K-Factor is a problem financially for the NSRCA why not make receiving
a copy in the mail an option ? I wouldn't mind just getting it on the internet as long as you
let me know when it would be available and being able to recall old issues would be nice
also. If I needed to save an article I could print it off the computer.
