[NSRCA-discussion] AXI 5330 Connectors

Schulze uses 3.5mm connectors between the motor and ESC, right up to 
their 100A+ models.  4mm would be fine.

If you have to swap out a controller or motor, having connectors allows 
you to do it anywhere without any hassles of soldering, heat shrinking etc.
