I've got to share what Jason told me a few months ago.  He can chime  
in to correct me or expand on it if he wants.

I asked Jason what he thought about while he was flying.  He asked me  
what I meant.  I said that I wondered whether he thought about which  
controls to move, when and by how much.  He responded something like,  
"I just think about what I want the airplane to do and it does it."

That's a planet I've never been on.
