Jason and the others,

Thanks for the congrats. It has been weeks in the making, but I am glad to finally get the first few flights out of the way.

As for is it Masters capable. That is a 2 answered question. The airframe is although it may fly too fastcompared to todays planes. The pilot, on the other hand is no longer is Masters capable. LOL After the 10 year layoff, I am filing the papers and requesting to drop back to Advanced. My intention is to fly a couple contests and if I find I am competitive I will move up to Masters. It really does kill me to admit I need to back up a class, but I need to do what is best.

I am hoping to fly again tomorrow night, but have other obligations too. If not I will fly Thursday. Now I have about 3 weeks to learn how to fly again and try to make a pattern look presentable. We shall see if it is possible.

Thanks again for the kind words. I was really excited to get back in the air. I had forgotten how smooth and great pattern planes fly.

Paul LaChance
