[NSRCA-discussion] Pro Driver Battery Replacement

Thanks for all the tips. I think I am going to check out Battery Space and
put in the largest capacity NiMh cell it will take as per RVP. I only have
one Lipo in a foamy so to keep the support equipment to a minimum I think I
will stick to NiCd or NiMh.

I replaced mine with NiMH but you could probably find a Lipo pack from a
foamy that would fit.

I have some LM317 variable voltage regulators that would work for you. All
that is needed are a couple resistors and some solder, all of which I have.

I'm in the same boat. I really don't like NiMHs much anymore....I'd really
like a lipo on a regulator, but not sure how it would fit or work...

It seems to be time to replace the battery in my Pro Driver 2 glow plug
lighter. What batteries fit? Should I use NiCd or NiMh? Is there a source
that knows what I need?

TIA Dowayne
