[NSRCA-discussion] What is a good portable canopy or shade to buy?

The good news is that they are pretty inexpensive these days.  I have been 
seeing them in the $60 range at places like Wal-Mart.  They all seem to be 
about the same quality (see the second paragraph).

The bad news is that, in my experience, they rarely go a season without the 
first windy day bowing one side in and damaging it.  These things are almost 
getting disposable- buy one, hope it lasts the season, buy another.  If you 
buy the exact same one the next time, you'll have some spare parts from the 
first to keep the second one in decent condition for a while.

These are almost a mandatory item at the field- for contests for sure.  That 
hot summer sun will sap you for sure.
