A very simple database could be constructed and placed on the NSRCA.NET web
site. CD's or district designates would be responsible to update it after a
contest. There would have to be limited access for modification - someone
might want to change his totals. NAME/AMA #/ NSRCA # / DISTRICT/ CONTEST /
DATE / RAW SCORE / NORMALIZED SCORE.
