Jim, send an email to Les Horvath, foamcore at earthlink.net. He may be
able to help you.
Been using his cores for the past 4 years. His accuracy is the best I
have seen and experienced
Matt

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] 5-Axis CNC work for on Blue Foam????
Hi Guys,
I'm working on a small project and need some access to a 5-axis CNC
cutter that can cut blue foam with out issue. The raw dimensions of
this component are roughly 28" long x 12" wide x 12" tall. If someone
has access to this type of machinery and can do some one-off work that
would be used as the base component for a plug, please let me know (of
course, this is for R/C models :-) ). Reasonable pricing is certainly
appreciated too :-)
Thanks,
Jim W.
