The biggest difference is that you can store DBC colors after you reduce them, but DBU colors need to be sprayed because the reactive reducer will make the paint set up in the can.

Radio South shows 2 different paints as base coats one is twice the price as the other I take it that the Concept is DCC and is then the basecoat/clearcoat DBU at the higher price. But PPG product manual show a different reducer for DBU, but does list a DBC which is a basecoat only that uses the same DT reducer as the DCC. Tony is at Toledo so a can't reach him.
