Jason,
The foam you're using is pretty flexible so the glue will have to be 
flexible as well. I would think that 3M 77 would be flexible enough as well 
as RC-56. May have a problem getting the RC-56 to dry though since the foam 
will block the air it needs to dry. I'm not sure about the poly glues since 
I've never tried them.
