[NSRCA-discussion] gluing foam to fiberglass

If its just to keep padding in place...  lightly sand the surface of the 
fiberglass and the 77 will work.  Also "Gorrilla Glue" or a light coating of 
epoxy (if its epoxy based fiberglass... unsure of poly resin) will work. 
White or yellow glue would peel free in a short time.

I've not glued foam rubber or other spongy foams to fiberglass for anything 
other than to just help keep padding from shifting.
