Before the days of CA glue, there was a guy in the club that could crash a plane, and be flying it again the next day. You could not tell it had been repaired.
   
  He used Ambroid. He would join the parts, then stick it in the oven to dry it faster.  He used Hobbypoxy "Stuff" filler, then a few coats of Aerogloss dope.
   
  Everybody in his household seemed happy after a crash. :-)
