[NSRCA-discussion] cleaning up an engine ?

    I am working on changing the bearing on an OS BXI.  It was ran hard and put away wet.  Varnish carbon and some rust.

    Also how do I get the woodruff pin out of the thrust washer ?   My plan so far is to heat the engine up to about 300 f in the 
oven and try to pop the thrust washer off.
