For a top hinged surface, place 1/32 stock between the fixed and moving 
surfaces with the control surface folded back (180 deg throw) and cover the 
hinge line.  Pull the spacer stock and fold the control surface down as far 
as it can go, cover the top of the hinge line.
Re-iron at max temp for monokote (top and bottom)

The spacer is to force just enough gap between for the top and bottom 
monokote's adhesive to stick in the hinge line.
