The answer is no, you must Pull over the top (I see a lot of box violations
in my future with 5, 13 and 21!)

But the humpty in 15 has options...and I hadn't thought of pulling the top
after a half roll to significantly reduce that "no man's land" into the
eight.  The downline could practically be on center!   Hmmmm, where did they
say the "straight line entry" starts on the eight again???
