Geez Scott.....those look nice. 

I might have to loo into making some of those in the future but for now I think I'll stick with my long Sullivan horns and a 6-32 screw.

  I've used 3/32 aircraft ply laminated with CF epoxied into a 1/8" slot.  Shape as needed to get it over the hinge line.

    cause that was back on the Jekyll and the wing was only 3/4" thick. It was easy to get it centered on the hinge line. I think the new wing thickness is double that so I might need a bit more reach forward.

            were a 6/32 bolt and "aileron horns" with a clevis. Is that still the way to
            do it or is there something better. Not interested in the MK BB stuff, too
            "good" for me.
