Thanks I regreased it with super lube anyway :)
I did put some loctite on the threads, but maybe won't next time.

Thanks Verne, that's good news as I don't have any 222 loctite and I'm
itching to finish the regreasing tonight.  :-)

BTW, Stuart, I purchased my C50 new and it looks pretty much like yours did
as far as the dark greasy look. It's possible yours wasn't run by the
previous owner.
