[NSRCA-discussion] OS140RX needle valve extension

I don't extend the needle valve on my YS motors, I
turn down a 4-40 aluminum cap screw and put it in the
exiting hole in the needle valve. I have a small hole
in the side of the fuse alligned with the needle
valve. A balldriver will fit through the hole into the
cap screw. Clean, can't bump it.
