Drill and tap the needle for  4-40 screw. Install a allen head screw and put
a piece of fuel tubing over the needle and extend the tubing outside the
fuse 1+ inches. Now you can easily insert a allen ball tip into the needle
screw for adjustment while it is running and there is no force on the needle
seat caused by the engine banging the needle around.
