[NSRCA-discussion] UBEC

A receiver pack is cheap peace of mind, in my opinion.  I always use a
separate receiver pack, except in the smallest electric planes.  I don't
trust additional electronic items in the plane, especially on the power
leads.

Again, this is my opinion.
