Well, alcohol doesn't really create the same emissions as gasoline (much
cleaner than gasoline). I'd worry more about Diesel trucks. In my state
they're exempt from emissions testing. Maybe the Teamsters have something to
do with it. :)

I remember the AMA tried to fight this battle a few years ago and the EPA
didn't even know (or care) about model aircraft emissions. . . . I think the
word was something like "insignificant". . .
