I have not popped any breakers or fuses. I have noticed on occasions a
spark when connecting to the cord. I just try to make sure nothing is
drawing on the output side. BTW the Thunder Power 1010C has some surge
suppression.
 I think the 55 should work for up to 4 packs on the TP stuff. I will
probably only charge 2 @ a time. I don't think the TP stuff really will
charge 4 @ a full 1C.
 As far as him asking more money I would gently copy the email where he
offered the 80 + 10 deal. But then again it's still a good price.
BTW I paid more for my first one from him on ebay. It's only after I got
the first one he started offering deals. I watched a few going for more
on ebay.

Hi Cameron...Mike Moritko here.  Looks like they're quoting two
different 
prices for the IOTA supplies.  Here's what they told me: "The 55amps are

running our customers $90.00 + $10.00 shipping/insurance = $100.00".
Still 
a good deal at that price however.  Question for you.....the initial
inrush 
current for the IOTA 55 DLS supply is 20 amps although it's duration is
very 
short.  Have you ever popped a circuit breaker when first powering up
the 
unit?  I'm considering the 75 amp IOTA which is about twice the cost but
the 
initial current surge at turn-on is 22 amps.  Not sure if that will be a

problem.
