Nope, not bad at all. I don't have 7000 worth of stuff, let alone 7000 worth
I want to sell.

On second thought, I do have a house in Jacksonville I want to sell. Anyone
retiring there in the next couple months that wants a house on the Golf
Course? It isn't inexpensive, but compared to the legendary (if not down right
obnoxious) NorthEast prices, its a bargain

Jim, I went there one time and it was one time too many.

Well, I was there, as I have been for at least the last 15 years. My shop,
Shalimar Hobbies, sold over $7000 worth of 'stuff' in the 12 hours the place
was open over 1 1/2 days. Not a bad hourly rate.
