Well our club doesn't care about noise. Heck most of the old foggies can't
hear anyway!

Hi John.

One of our local clubs passed a noise ordnance of 96 db and no more than
2 glow engines in air at same time. Electrics weren't restricted. These are
measured per the measuring criteria in AMA handbook on the mowed ground
(grass) using a Radio Shack meter. Hardly perfect but does serve as a tool
to keep everyone bellow wild obnoxious noise levels.

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Noise rules

If someone out there has a set of noise rules for a general purpose RC club?
Especially a set that works.

I cannot expect the masses to conform to pattern numbers, but I need
something to start with. "Reasonable" does not seem to mean the same thing
to every one.
