BlankSpeaking of the OS 140, did anyone notice the FI version was down to $629 for a bit and is now missing from Tower ?? I assume it was discontinued.

Is it the F.I. version? if your using DOS you could just run the DeBug program.

I've heard that some of that O.S. technology stuff occasionally had a bug in it.

Here's a new one. I was taking a new OS 1.40 RX apart to clean it up before the first run. Everything inside looked great and I was just about to put the head back on and I figured, what the heck, check the underside of the head. There was this dark little lump of something stuck in the oil film. Some kind of tiny beetle (R.I.P). Probably wouldn't have done any damage. Must have crawled in for a snooze during the time the engine was laying on the bench. Ya just never know what you'll find in a model engine.

      Ed
