Dean,

Ok here is my setup.  I forgot that I don't have only high rates on the 
rudder I actually have a flight mode that increases rudder and elevator.  I 
found that a little extra elevator helped for landing especially if it was 
windy.

Elevator high 10degrees and 35% expo
            low 7 degrees 25% expo

Rudder high 30 degrees 70% expo
           low 20 degrees 40 % expo

Aileron 7 degrees down and 8 degrees up 15% expo
          same for high and low
