[NSRCA-discussion] Focus control throws and expo

elevator about 12-15 degrees, expo around 20%
ailerons about 10-12 degrees, expo around 20%
rudder about 40 degrees, expos around 40%
(lots of rudder for stall turns)

The expo in particular is to personal preference.
