Standing ovation; he should be very proud of himself.

Don Szur and Chip Hyde flew after a 25-minute break, and did great as
well flying in the retreating (not as Hurricane like) storm.

It rained and blew ugly most of the day Thursday.  It rained and blew
BIG TIME ugly for one FAI contestant.  Absolutely the worst conditions I
ever saw a model of any kind fly in my modeling career. That flight was
absolutely the finest performance I have ever seen in what was totally
un flyable conditions.  It was the show of the Nats, hands down.
