[NSRCA-discussion] Snap (lesson learned)

The fundamental question:
       Is it a snap or is it a barrell roll .

If the rate of rotation exceeds that which can normally be expected ailerons 
only, it is a snap.

It seems the only problem we have is in our existing instructions and 
manuever definition.
