  Looking for a pitch break to define a correct snap is futile.  The pitch break does occur but not in one plane, and, depending on the snap rate, it can be impossible to observe. 

  When the stall occurs lift only diminishes, it does not go to zero. A visible break will likely cause a deviation from track that will be impossible to recover from.       Nat
