Actually there is shrinkage with 15%, though I'm not sure it's that big of a
deal, unless of course the bottle gets brittle and cracks.

As to the plasticizer (sp?) getting into the fuel, I don't think this is
much of a worry because after probably 75 flights my tank was only a couple
of grams lighter that it was to begin with, though it was noticeably smaller
(probably 10% to 20% smaller).
