Hi Jay,
The vent should either get a cherck valve (what I do) to keep fuel from peeing out in a maneuver, or run the vent tube all the way back to the back end of the pipe tunnel, so that inverted or nose down the fuel would have to flow uphill to drip out. Inner Nyrod will make that long run lighter than a long piece of silicone.

Well, it's been a little while since I've set this thing up. I'm guessing
that the pick-up line goes to the pump... but where does the overflow go? Is
it like a DZ and just needs a check valve to let air in but not out?
