It's big, and heavy - but the Sullivan Dynatron with a 7amp gell cell
strapped on starts everything.  And you can go with a second battery in
series to ramp up to 24v if you really have to....

What is a good electric starter for turning over pattern engines with
authority?  I have an old Kavan with 12v, and it cannot adequately turn over
my Webra 160.  This engine seems to have a lot of compression.  I heard that
they typically do.

Any suggestions for high torque with long lasting batteries, or one where I
can purchase the pack separately?
