Here are some real newb questions about sportsman....

After the takeoff Sequence I assume you turn around
fly across the box and once again turn around and start
#2 a straight flight... 

What is the preferred turn around maneuver?  Can I jut do
a half revers Quban Eight?

Again between 6 & 7, 11 &12, 16 & 17 how do I turn
around? Any way I want? 

Why is it called a break? Doesn't that throw off your pace?
