[NSRCA-discussion] Incedence meters

[MKMSG]

I agree with Stuart.  My Hangar 9 incidence meter was worthless....plastic 
parts were a terrible fit and the meter gave very inconsistent results.  I 
couldn't believe they put that on the market!
