If it's the brass part that is pressed into the head that the check valve is pressed onto - that's the injection nozzle / fitting and it's pressed into the head - shouldn't come out. Time to give Richard a call at YS Service.

Hi Robert. The check valve assembly didn't come apart, it was the bottom of it that goes down into the motor that came out. I may not be describing it correctly, i'm a little mechanically challenged. :))

Hi all. Tonight on my YS 1.60 the check valve came out of the head of the motor. It appears to be just a pressure fitting, pushed it back in, but wouldn't stay in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, contest this weekend of course. My thoughts are leaning towards jb weld or something similar.
