The instruction sheet that comes with the Future 32.55KA ( uses fixed 
sticktravels) says:
  Full throt 2.0 ms, i.e. +125% ATV JR, -125% Fut
  Neutral   1.5 ms
  Full brake 1.0 ms, i.e. -125% JR, +125% Fut
