I thought it was already that way. (did I miss something somewhere?)  While
it is no big deal to copy the email address you want to send to, it just
makes it easier to reply to just one person by hitting the reply.

To All Memebers,
It has been brought to my attention that when you hit reply and reply-to it
only goes to the List.  I have looked at the settings on the list and found
that the only way to set it up so a message will go exclusivly to a single
member is by using the Reply button.  The Reply-to will make your message go
to the list.

So the million dollar questions

Should I leave it as it is?  (Reply and Reply-To go to the list)

Change it so we can send a message to a specific member (Reply button goes
to Member -- Reply-To goes to the list)

Let me know what you think and I will set it to what majority rules.
